Do I need an account to search?

Where do the postings come from?
From the public catalogue APIs of ten applicant tracking systems — Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Breezy and Personio. Every apply link goes to the employer’s own form.
How do you count “days of silence”?
From the day you mark a posting as applied. At 21 days with no reply the tracker offers to mark it ghosted — three weeks is past the two weeks most candidates expect an answer within, and by then a reply is the exception, not the rule.
What is a tracked slice?
